Our Stability Chamber incorporates 70mm polyurethane insulation (PUF)/fiberboard, ensuring superior thermal insulation and minimizing temperature or humidity leakage from the inner body.
The quiet running blower ensures efficient air circulation throughout the chamber. The forced air circulates vertically downwards, and subsequently, recirculates to maintain uniform temperature and humidity levels across all samples.
Humidity is precisely controlled using a steam injection method. The boiler tank, situated at the backside of the chamber, facilitates easy servicing. An electromagnetic switch, in addition, prevents the wet heater from burning off in case of inadequate water levels, while a float valve ensures optimal water level regulation in the boiler tank.
Our Stability Chamber features long-lasting SS tubular heaters, guaranteeing reliable and consistent heating performance. Stainless steel fins ensure improved heat transfer efficiency. The cooling system, moreover, is equipped with a hermetically sealed CFC-free compressor (134 A gas) coupled with an evaporation coil and condenser, ensuring efficient and reliable cooling capabilities.
The chamber comes with removable wire mesh, perforated, or S.S. rod trays, capable of withstanding heavy loads of test specimens. These trays facilitate better air circulation, contributing to uniform conditions throughout the chamber. The distance between trays is set at 15-20 centimeters, allowing for optimal sample placement.
The chamber features a microprocessor-based Digital Auto-Tune PID temperature and direct RH digital controller, ensuring accurate and stable control over temperature and humidity levels. The humidity is directly measured in % RH by an electronic sensor.
The Stability Chamber is equipped with multiple safety features, including high-temperature safety cutoff, low water level boiler cutoff, electrical overload cutoff, time delay for compressor switch ON, and an electrical circuit breaker. By implementing these essential safeguards, you ensure the safety of both users and valuable samples.
